§ 112.24 FEES.
   The fees for each special event permit shall be as set forth below:
   (A)   Special events:   $250.00;
   (B)   Building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire prevention and health permit fees will be separate and in addition to fees stated above;
   (C)   All taxing entities within Titus County shall be exempt from all fees;
   (D)   The Mt. Pleasant/Titus County Chamber of Commerce shall be exempt from all fees;
   (E)   Local nonprofit organizations shall be exempt from special event permit fee;
   (F)   No other waiver of fees may be granted except by the City Council;
   (G)   Public safety inspection fee (see § 112.25);
   (H)   Fees for expenses related to the use of public safety or other city services personnel and/or equipment related to the special event as required and approved through the application process.
