The following shall be exempt as being counted toward false alarms as alarm site is allowed in a calendar year.
(A) A natural or man-made catastrophe;
(B) Activations as a result of weather (lightning, high winds);
(C) Vandalism;
(D) Telephone line outage, or electrical outage or utility line mishaps;
(E) Attempted entry or attempted robbery;
(F) Activations within the first 30 days of installation of a new alarm system.
