§ 100.05 ALARM BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Every alarm business selling, leasing, or furnishing to any alarm user an alarm system which is subject to this chapter shall, prior to alarm activation, furnish the alarm user with:
      (1)   A copy of this chapter;
      (2)   Instructions explaining how to properly operate the alarm system;
      (3)   Training to the alarm user and/or permittee or their designee regarding the proper operation of the alarm system and provisions of this chapter;
      (4)   Instructions explaining how to obtain service for the alarm system at any time;
      (5)   Inform their customers of permit requirements.
   (B)   Each alarm business shall be licensed by the state and shall have their license available for inspection.
   (C)   Each alarm business that provides a monitoring service shall:
      (1)   Send notification of an alarm to the Police Department Communication Center person-to- person.
      (2)   Report alarms only to the telephone number designated by the Alarm Administrator.
