The application (petition) shall be referred from the City Secretary to the following departments for review and comment:
(A) Director of Public Works;
(B) Director of Fire Services;
(C) Director of Police Services;
(D) City Planner;
(E) Chief Building Official;
(F) United States Post Office;
(G) Others as may be determined appropriate.
