§ 98.090 MAXIMUM HEIGHTS FOR SHRUBBERY, FENCES, AND FIXTURES.
   (A)   On any corner lot on which front and side yards are required by the Zoning Code, no solid wall or fence, shrub, hedge, vine or sign shall be permitted that is higher than three and one-half feet within the said yards.
   (B)   On lots other than corner lots, no solid wall or fence, shrub, hedge, vine or sign shall be permitted that is higher than three and one-half feet within the front yard as such front yard is defined by the Zoning Code.
   (C)   On any lot other than the front yard, a residential fence shall not exceed a maximum height of eight feet above grade.
   (D)   The provisions of this section may be enforced by either or both criminal proceedings or injunctive relief.
