      (2)   Top: 6 inches;
      (3)   Height of curb from gutter to top: 6 inches;
      (4)   Gutter width: 24 inches;

      (6)   Base: 30 inches.
   (B)   Driveway approaches. All driveway approaches constructed under the provisions of this subchapter shall conform to the following minimum specifications:
      (1)   All concrete and reinforcing steel shall conform to the subdivision regulations adopted by reference in Ch. 154;
      (2)   Where a new driveway approach is to be constructed at a location with existing curb and gutter, the existing curb and gutter must be saw cut at each end of the approach and removed without damage to the existing street or remaining curb and gutter. If the existing curb and gutter is integral to an existing concrete street, the concrete street shall be saw cut to a minimum of 18 inches from the face of the curb;
      (3)   All parts of the driveway approach including radii shall be confined within the grantee’s property frontage;
      (4)   Radii for all concrete driveways shall not be less than five feet to back of curb;
      (5)   Asphalt, oil, sand, gravel or dirt driveways shall have approaches constructed as “driveway gutter.” Off-street parking or driveway widths in excess of 30 feet shall use “gutter with laid down curb.” An 18-inch long curb transition shall be installed on each side of a driveway gutter;

      (8)   When driveway approaches are to be constructed at locations where there is no existing curb and gutter, a culvert, valley gutter or other drainage structure approved by the City Engineer shall be installed to facilitate drainage;
      (9)   Deviations from these requirements may be approved by the City Engineer if justified by field conditions that prohibit compliance.
