§ 98.041 VIOLATIONS.

Any person violating this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined as provided in § 10.99, and each act done in violation hereof and each day that such violation or violations continue shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such.
