§ 98.007 INTERFERENCE, OBSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with or obstruct any public improvements authorized by the City Council, the Mayor or the City Manager by means of threats, coercion, duress or any other method whatsoever, either directly or indirectly.
