§ 98.001 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW RELATIVE TO STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
   The provisions of Tex. Transportation Code, §§ 313.001 et seq., as amended, are adopted by the city as controlling the establishment, construction and repair of street and/or curb and gutter improvements within the city.
