§ 94.01 OUTDOOR BURNING.

Outdoor burning will be consistent with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, “Outdoor Burning,” currently set forth as 30 Tex. Administrative Code, 11.201 et seq., as promulgated pursuant to Tex. Health and Safety Code, §§ 382.001 et seq.
