§ 90.42 PERMIT FEE.
   At the same time an application for a permit required by the provisions of this subchapter is filed, the applicant therefor shall pay to the city a permit fee of $50.00. The city shall not be obligated to make any refund of such fee or any portion thereof for any reason whatsoever.
