§ 90.40 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Any person desiring to erect or build upon any city lake, or upon the lands owned by the city immediately surrounding the same, any fence, boat dock, boat pier or other structure shall, prior to building the same, file application with the Building Official for a permit authorizing the construction of the same.
