§ 90.26 MATERIALS NOT TO BE DISCHARGED.
   The following materials shall not be discharged in a city reservoir, any water course that flows into a city reservoir or deposited any where on the ground where any part of such materials may be washed in a city reservoir or into any water course that flows into a city reservoir and whether water flows intermittently or constantly:
   (A)   Human urine or excrement;
   (B)   Treated sewage;
   (C)   Untreated sewage;
   (D)   Discharge from any privy, cesspool, septic tank or septic field;
   (E)   Water that has been used for washing or cooking;
   (F)   Garbage, manure or putrescible material;
   (G)   Poisonous substances;
   (H)   Any hazardous substance;
   (I)   Industrial waste;
   (J)   Paint or paint remover;
   (K)   Soap, detergent or cleaner;
   (L)   Any substance which may render water harmful to humans;
   (M)   Any substance that may render water harmful to animals;
   (N)   Any substance that may impart an objectionable odor, color, appearance or taste to the water.
