§ 71.069 EXEMPTIONS.
   The provisions of this subchapter and other ordinances of the city regulating the speed of vehicles shall not apply to vehicles of the Fire Department when responding to a call, nor to police patrols, nor to physicians when actually engaged in responding to emergency calls.
