§ 71.039 FOLLOWING EMERGENCY VEHICLES OR DRIVING NEAR SCENE OF FIRE.

No driver of any vehicle other than one on official business shall follow any fire apparatus traveling in response to a fire alarm or any other emergency vehicle while on an emergency call closer than 500 feet, nor shall such driver drive into or park such vehicle within the block where the fire apparatus has stopped to answer a fire alarm.
