§ 71.007 USE OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.
   (A)   An all-terrain vehicle may not be driven or operated on any public street, road, highway or public property within the city limits unless done so in accordance with state law. All-terrain vehicles may be used for the purpose of parades or other special events with written permission of the Police Department specifying the date, event and time to be used.
   (B)   An all-terrain vehicle may be used on private property only with the express consent of the property owner. It is the responsibility of the operator of the vehicle to provide proof of consent of the property owner for use of this type vehicle.
