§ 70.51 PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE.
   The existence of any traffic sign, marker, mark or device at any place within the city which may be placed under the provisions of this subchapter shall be prima facie evidence that such were erected or placed by and at the direction of the Chief of Police and City Manager and in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
