§ 70.47 PROCEDURE GENERALLY.
   Every regulation, designation, delineation or determination promulgated by the City Engineer pursuant to the authority granted by the provisions of this subchapter shall be described in writing and filed by the City Engineer with the City Manager who shall approve same. Upon the same being approved by the City Manager, the City Manager shall take appropriate steps to have the Street Department erect, make or paint the sign, marker, device, signal or direction marker as indicated by the report of the City Engineer, and when this has been done, he or she shall then so certify and file his or her report with the City Secretary. When such report is filed with the City Secretary, such report shall constitute a public record, and all persons shall be charged with notice of the contents of the same. The City Manager shall monthly advise the City Council of any regulation, designation, delineation or determination promulgated by the City Engineer and approved by the City Manager.
