The city will contract for daily collections for the removal of trash and rubbish from all premises in the business district of the city at least two times per week, except on Sundays and legal holidays. In residential districts, garbage, trash and rubbish shall be collected and removed at least twice each week. The times of such collection shall be announced by the proper officials of the city.
