§ 53.38 DISPOSITION OF WHOLESOME ACCUMULATIONS.
   The places of wholesale accumulations, such as killing and dressing plants for fowl and wholesale fruit and vegetable houses, where the daily accumulation of kitchen garbage, trash and rubbish is more than the ordinary quantities, shall make special arrangements with the city or its duly authorized agents for the daily pickup of such garbage, trash and rubbish.
