§ 53.36 DISPOSITION OF MATERIAL UNSUITABLE FOR CONTAINERS.
   Refuse which cannot be put in the garbage containers required by this subchapter, such as metal, wood, old furniture, scrap lumber and other debris, shall be placed, ready for disposal, beside such container, shall be securely fastened and not be longer than four feet.
