(A) All residents and commercial establishments that are not provided with commercial container service shall hereafter use only approved, throwaway-type containers for disposal of solid waste.
(B) No permanent structures or unapproved containers may be built or placed at collection site for the purpose of disposal of waste or use as temporary placement or storage of throwaway-type containers.
(C) Plastic refuse sacks having a minimum thickness of two mils and two-ply paper refuse sacks (50-pound wet strength natural kraft paper or equivalent) are declared to be "approved, throwaway-type containers" for disposal of solid waste.
(D) Commercial establishments shall use commercial container service in lieu of hand collection in the event said commercial establishment shall generate in excess of 1-1/2 cubic yards of solid waste weekly. In the event space is not available for commercial container service, then hand collection shall be allowed for said commercial establishment.
(E) Brush and tree limbs shall not be placed in containers but shall be put out for collection after being tied in bundles that do not exceed four feet in length.
(F) The City Manager may make certain special rules and regulations concerning disposal of waste items other than garbage and trash, when he or she determines that such approved throwaway-type containers would be inadequate for such disposal.
