For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
APPROVED THROWAWAY-TYPE CONTAINERS. For disposal of solid waste, plastic refuse sacks having a minimum thickness of two mils and two-ply paper refuse sacks (50 pound wet strength natural kraft paper or equivalent).
BRUSH. Brush, tree trimmings, weeds, large hedge trimmings and trees not exceeding eight-inches in diameter and cut into lengths not exceeding four feet and tied in bundles for collection.
GARBAGE. Any and all waste food, swill, carrion, slop and all wastes from the preparation, cooking and consumption of food and from the handling, storage and sale of farm produce and the carcasses of all dead animals.
LARGE RUBBISH. All rubbish that cannot because of its size be stored in metal containers and shall include, but not be limited to, such items as tree branches, discarded furniture, old magazines, yard trimmings, tree trunks, roots and building material.
REFUSE. Both garbage and rubbish.
RUBBISH. All waste paper, paper cartons, tree branches, yard trimmings, discarded furniture, tin cans, dirt, ashes, bottles and all other refuse not included in the term “garbage.”
SMALL RUBBISH. All rubbish other than large rubbish.
