§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A person who violates §§ 51.20 et seq. or continues prohibited discharges is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine as provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   In addition to proceeding under the authority of division (A) of this section, the city is entitled to pursue all other criminal and civil remedies to which it is entitled under authority of statutes or other ordinances against a person continuing prohibited discharges.
