§ 51.44 HAULED WASTEWATER
   (A)   Domestic hauled wastewater may be accepted into the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) only at locations designated by the Chief Operator, and at such times as are established by the Chief Operator. The hauled wastes shall not violate any part of the city's Industrial Waste Ordinance or any other requirement or ordinances established by the city.
   (B)   The transport and discharge of industrial waste, grease or grit trap waste, or any waste of unknown origin to the WWTP is prohibited.
   (C)   Transporters shall be required to furnish documentation that identifies the source or sources or the waste proposed for discharge.
   (D)   The Chief Operator or his or her designated representative may collect samples of any load discharged at the WWTP to insure compliance with applicable standards. The transporter shall make available a sample port on the vehicle, and bear all cost associated with sampling.
   (E)   A charge of $0.04 per gallon shall be made for each load of transported waste delivered to the WWTP. This charge is based on the cost of treatment and will be adjusted on an as needed basis to reflect change in the cost to treat such waste. The transporter shall make prompt payment of discharge fees. No transporter shall be allowed to discharge waste to the WWTP while delinquent in payment of charges.
   (F)   Failure to abide by any of the conditions stated in this section or failure to comply with any other ordinance or policy of the City or Mount Pleasant shall result in immediate revocation of discharge privileges.
