§ 51.36 SURCHARGE FOR EXCESSIVE B.O.D., pH OR SUSPENDED SOLIDS.
   All wet-operated industrial and manufacturing concerns whose sanitary sewer waste shall at any time be determined by the approving authority to have a B.O.D. content in excess of 250 ppm and/or a pH content of less than 5.5 or more than 9.0 shall bear an additional surcharge as follows:
   (A)   For each 1,000 gallons of water used, a charge of $0.05 per 1,000 gallons of water for each 100 ppm over 250 ppm of B.O.D. content;
   (B)   For each 1,000 gallons of water used, a charge of $0.05 for each½ of pH either above or below the above-stated range;
   (C)   For each 1,000 gallons of water used, a charge of $0.05 per 1,000 gallons of water for each 100 ppm over 250 ppm of total suspended solids content.
