§ 50.24 PAYMENT OF UTILITY FEE BY BAD CHECK.

Any person who attempts to pay the city for services by a check which is returned to the city unpaid shall, in addition to all other charges, fees and penalties provided by the code, pay an additional charge of $35.00.
