§ 50.02 COVER REQUIRED FOR CISTERNS, WELLS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to own, use, keep or maintain within the corporate limits of the city any cistern or well without having the top of such cistern or well adequately and completely covered with a wooden or metallic cover, which covers shall be at all times maintained in a good and substantial condition.
