Thence north approximately 2,300 feet on SE 1.
Thence west on SE 1 1,300 feet.
Thence north 1,300 feet on SE 1.

Thence north on SE 1 1,300 feet to the intersection of SW 48.
Thence west on SW 48 2,600 feet to Highway 271.
