§ 37.107 ZONE AFFECTED.
   Pursuant to Tex. Tax Code, § 312.202 et seq., the city creates a reinvestment zone for commercial- industrial tax abatement encompassing only the area described by Appendix A, and such reinvestment zone is designated and shall hereafter be designated as Reinvestment Zone Number One.
