§ 35.10 ADOPTION OF THE NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS).
   There is adopted by the city for the purpose of managing domestic emergencies, no matter the cause, size or complexity, that certain incident management system known as the National Incident Management System (NIMS) developed and administered by the Secretary of Homeland Security as directed by the President in Homeland Security Directive 5.
