The following fees shall be charged for the impoundment of property under the provisions of this subchapter and shall be paid into the City Treasury:
(A) For taking and impounding any personal property, plus any wrecker or towing charges $25.00
(B) For preparing advertisements of sale for each article $5.00
(C) For selling each article $5.00
(D) For posting notices of sale relating to any one article $5.00
