§ 32.03 REFUSING TO AID AN OFFICER.
   If any person, being called on by the Chief of Police or any other peace officer, shall refuse or fail to aid such officer in any manner in which, by law, he or she may be rightfully called on to aid or assist in the execution of a duty incumbent upon such officer, he or she shall be fined as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
