§ 31.49 TERMS OF MEMBERS.
   The term of office of the members of the Parks and Recreation Board shall commence on February 1, except for the filling of vacancies. The members shall be appointed for a term of two years, with the exception of four members whose terms shall expire on January 31, 1968. Thereafter, all members shall be appointed for terms of two years.
