§ 31.08 QUORUM.
   A simple majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum of the Board for the transaction of all business. The position of any member shall be declared vacant for failure to attend two consecutive meetings without good cause and excuse by the Chairperson. Any excuse of a member for nonattendance shall be shown in the minutes.
