§ 31.06 ORGANIZATION.

The members of the Board shall select a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and the City Manager shall designate a member of his or her staff to serve as Secretary to the Board. The Secretary so designated shall keep minutes and submit a copy of the minutes of the Board to the City Manager as soon as practical following each meeting.
