The City Manager may appoint Deputy Municipal Court Clerks as necessary to assure timely processing of municipal court cases. Deputy Clerks may lawfully perform all duties imposed upon the Court Clerk and are authorized to administer oaths to complaints filed in the Municipal Court, make certificates and affix the seal of such court.
