It is the policy of the Town of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, that no person shall be discriminated against in the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages and accommodations of any place of public accommodation on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, familial status, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
