§ 112.07 APPEAL PROCESS.
   Any actions/decisions by the Town Police Department shall be subject to review by and appeal to the Town Police, Judicial, and Legal Committee. Any appeal should be filed in writing within ten days of notice of the action/decision in question to the Town's Legal Department at 100 Ann Edwards Lane, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
