To be included in the Town Police Department towing rotation system, a towing contractor shall complete an application/agreement for the same on a form suitable to and provided by the Town Police Department. In the application/agreement the towing contractor must agree to all of the terms and conditions listed therein or added thereto at a later date in addition to all of the terms of this chapter and must be able to demonstrate his or her ability to satisfy the same. All towing contractors who wish to be on the rotation system must submit an application annually to the Town Police Department by no later than October 1. The Town Police Department shall have until November 1 in which to determine if the towing contractor complies with all of the referenced requests prior to placing applicants on and publishing the rotation system. The Town Police Department is also granted full authority to set out any terms and conditions in the application/agreement as deemed appropriate and to amend the same in the future as deemed appropriate.
