§ 100.04 SEVERABILITY.
   If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, word or any other part of this chapter shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent authority, then the remainder of this chapter shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
