§ 100.03 MAXIMUM FEE FOR RELEASE OF BOOT OR OTHER IMMOBILIZATION DEVICE; LATE FEE.
   (A)   The maximum daily fee that may be charged to release a boot or other immobilization device placed on a vehicle in a commercial parking lot shall be $125 inclusive of any and all fees, charges, assessments, deposits and/or temporary holding fees. If a booted vehicle is not removed from the parking lot within 24 hours after booting or immobilization, the boot operator may charge an additional $125 every 24 hours thereafter.
   (B)   Every boot operator doing business in the municipal limits of the city shall accept major credit cards in addition to cash. There shall be no additional fee charged for the use of credit cards.
