§ 73.02 APPLICATION.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all persons operating a bicycle, E-Bike, or moped on streets and highways under the jurisdiction of the town.
   (B)   This chapter does not apply to vehicles used by law enforcement in the course and scope of their official duties.
