(A) Items to be collected shall not be placed within six feet of a stormwater structure. water meter, or cable, telephone or similar other utility pedestal.
(B) If a homeowner places trash or debris in such a way that collection causes damage to stormwater or utility infrastructure, sod, irrigation, landscaping, driveways, curbs. decorative lighting, mailboxes, and the like within the town right-of-way, the town will not be responsible for repair or replacement.
