§ 50.20 CONTAINERS.
   (A)   Garbage will be placed in a 64- or 95-gallon, roll-out container provided by the town.
      (1)   If residents have garbage outside their container, it will not be collected.
      (2)   Items other than household garbage that are placed in containers are considered improper debris. Examples of improper debris include yard waste, bulk items, and car parts. Containers with improper debris will not be collected until the items have been removed.
      (3)   Owners of single-family properties in the town are entitled to one town-issued container per property, unless, on application to the Public Service Director, he or she determines that the needs of the property owner require an additional container, in which case an additional container may be purchased from the town. No other type of containers will be emptied.
      (4)   In no event shall a property owner be allocated more than two containers per property.
   (B)   Containers reported stolen or lost must be reported to the Police Department for a case number prior to replacement.
   (C)   Damaged containers must first be investigated by the Public Services Department and, if damaged due to neglect, a new container must be purchased before replacement.
