(A) Communities and neighborhoods that have on-street parking shall ensure that proper turning radii and travel width are available for collection vehicles to adequately maneuver. If items are not collected due to insufficient safe access, they will be collected al the next scheduled pickup once the access problem is corrected.
(B) Fixed items that are placed within town-owned rights-of-way for decorative purposes, to restrict access, and the like, are placed there at the risk of the homeowner. If the items are damaged due to collection, the town shall not be held liable.
(C) Residents and property management companies shall be responsible for ensuring that there is adequate space to retrieve roll-carts with collection equipment.
