(A) Garbage and trash from properties receiving service will be collected once per week.
(B) If garbage or trash is missed on the regularly scheduled day due to improper debris, access issues, failure to be curbside by 7:00 a.m.. or failure to comply with any collection regulations described herein, it will be collected the following week on the regularly scheduled collection day if in compliance.
(C) Unless otherwise approved by the Public Service Director, containers shall be placed curbside on a public street readily accessible to collection vehicles. All containers and other items placed for pickup shall only be placed at the address where the waste or debris was generated.
(D) To ensure pickup, containers should be placed out prior to 7:00 a.m. on the day of pickup, but no more than 12 hours prior to pickup.
(E) After collection, containers should not be stored near the curbside.
(F) Containers must be removed within 12 hours after pickup.
(G) Containers shall be placed with handles facing away from the road and at least six feet from all obstructions, including mailboxes, sewer manholes, water meters, hydrants. communication pedestals, and the like.
(H) Trash and garbage service shall only be provided to the property owners if access to the container(s) and/or debris can be accomplished safely and efficiently.
