The Economic Development Incentives Program is contingent upon funding by Town Council, as it deems appropriate and in its sole discretion. Funds allocated by Town Council for the Economic Development Incentives Program shall be identified in the town’s budget. To the extent that funds other than town funds are allocated to the Program, such funds shall be expended in accordance with any and all state, federal or other regulation that may apply.
