§ 110.09 ADMINISTRATION OF CHAPTER.
   (A)   The License Official shall administer the provisions of this chapter, collect license taxes, issue licenses, make or initiate investigations and audits to ensure compliance, initiate denial or suspension and revocation procedures, report violations to the Town Attorney, assist in prosecution of violators, produce forms, undertake reasonable procedures relating to the administration of this chapter, and perform such other duties as may be duly assigned.
   (B)   The License Official may require evidence of compliance with applicable fire, safety, building, zoning, health and other applicable state and local laws and regulations prior to issuing a business license.
