§ 140.14 RESPONSIBILITY FOR COSTS; LIEN.

   (A)   The owner of a vessel or floating structure removed, under, this section shall be responsible to the town for:

      (1)   Removal costs;

      (2)   Cleanup and disposal costs;

      (3)   Storage costs; and

      (4)   Reasonable costs and fees incurred by the town by enforcing this section.

   (B)   Costs and fees for which an owner is responsible under this section shall be a lien on the vessel or floating structure held by the town until such costs are paid in full by the owner of the vessel or floating structure.
